I have implemented procedures in the salon to ensure I work to the government guidelines to be as safe as possible. I have put in place reasonable preventative measures aimed to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

 

Completing Nouveau's Hygiene & Safety Course has allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of how to operate both in-salon and out with mobile treatments in the safest way possible.

As of 2024, I still carry out this rule:

 

*Clients are required to text me when they arrive. This is to make sure there isn't any overlapping of clients and that a room clean has been fully carried out prior to entering the treatment room.

 

*Clients are required to inform me of any symptoms of illness prior to arrival for treatments. if you have covid or a bad cold/flu then please do message me and we will re-arrange your appointment to another day.
